Welcome to Rose Healing Hands LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“the client”) and Rose Healing Hands LLC regarding the use of our mobile phlebotomy services. By booking or receiving our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Our Services

Rose Healing Hands LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional mobile health services, including:

Phlebotomy Services – Blood draws and specimen collection for laboratory analysis.
DNA Testing – Collection of DNA samples for paternity, ancestry, and other related testing.
Gender Reveal Testing – Non-invasive prenatal blood draws to determine fetal gender.
DOT/Non-DOT Testing – Drug and alcohol testing for both Department of Transportation (DOT) and non-DOT compliance.

All services are conducted at the client’s chosen location within our service regions in Mississippi.

2. Eligibility to Use Services

To book or receive services, clients must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may use our services only with the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you affirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling – Appointments can be made via our website or phone. Please ensure all provided information is accurate and complete at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Fees and Payments

Pricing – Service fees vary depending on the type of service, location, and any specific needs. Pricing will be communicated at the time of booking.
Payment Methods – Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and certain approved insurance plans. Clients are responsible for any uncovered costs, co-pays, or deductibles.
Refunds – We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us so we may resolve your concerns.

5. Service-Specific Terms

DNA Testing – We are solely responsible for the collection and secure transport of samples. Final testing and results are handled by third-party laboratories.
Gender Reveal Testing – These tests are performed for informational and entertainment purposes. We ensure accurate sample collection but do not guarantee the results provided by external labs.
DOT/Non-DOT Testing – For DOT-compliant tests, clients must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. For non-DOT tests, standard industry collection protocols will be followed. Clients must provide truthful information and consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information – You agree to provide truthful and complete information before and during your appointment, including any relevant health history.
Safe Environment – You must ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for our professionals. If the location is deemed unsafe, service may be refused, and a mileage fee may still apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rose Healing Hands LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, data, or personal well-being resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services
Unauthorized access to personal information
Service interruptions or technical failures
Third-party software or viruses affecting your access to our platforms

8. Medical Disclaimer

Our role is to collect and transport biological samples for testing. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or advice. Always consult your physician or a qualified health provider for medical concerns or conditions.

10. Updates to Terms
